pybemobil.io.batch_export_to_bids(subject_runs, bids_root, task='task', line_freq=50.0, overwrite=False, verbose=False, on_error='warn')

Export multiple subjects / runs to BIDS in a single call.

Parameters:

subject_runslist of dict

Each dict must contain at least {"raw": <raw>, "subject": "01"}. Optional keys: session, run, acquisition, events, event_id.

bids_rootstr | Path

BIDS root directory.

taskstr

Task label shared across all runs.

line_freqfloat

Power-line frequency.

overwritebool

Overwrite existing BIDS files.

verbosebool | str | int

Verbosity for mne_bids.write_raw_bids().

on_error"warn" | "raise"

What to do when a run fails. "warn" (default) emits a warning naming the run and continues with the others, so one bad run does not abort a batch. "raise" stops with the error.

Returns:

bids_pathslist of mne_bids.BIDSPath

One path per successfully written run.
